Cancellation of short-term rentals:
Your non-refundable reservation deposit will turn into your refundable security deposit upon your arrival. This reservation deposit is non-refundable until you actually move in, at which time it automatically becomes your refundable security deposit. With this assurance we can be certain that you will take the suite, allowing us to secure the suite for you and keep others from reserving it or renting it before you arrive.
